Earlier this week, Jimmy Newman, HSE Manager, attended and presented at the Sydney Water West Region Delivery Team Safety Forum. It was a great, informative event where Sydney Water and subcontractors provided insights and shared the trends discovered in the industry surrounding health and safety within their respective trades. One highlight of the event was discovering that there were a lot of crossovers in HSE initiatives and challenges, particularly regarding injury and incident management and innovation strategies.
It was reassuring to learn that we are all on the journey of seeking out innovative solutions for the safety and well-being of our people.
