As part of the Central Coast Community Women's Health Centre (CCCWHC)’s 16 Days of Activism, Ryan Davey, Head of People, Culture, and Communications, was invited to speak from his experience in two predominantly male environments: Construction and Surfing.
The CCCWHC's 16 Days of Activism campaign aims to raise awareness of violence against women, with a focus on how men can take small actions each day to create positive change.
In the video below, Ryan reflects on an incident that occurred on our site between a female employee and a client's subcontractor and the supportive way the team has responded to it.
