Lisa brings a wealth of experience joining us from Halkin Business Partners as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and previously serving as a Regional HR Advisor for Ford Motors in the UK. Collaborating with a variety of clients, from start-ups to larger organisations, her expertise spans strategic HR management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organisational development.
As the People & Culture Lead, Lisa helps us enhance our people and culture functions, focusing on performance management, capability development, recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
