Birkenhead Point electrical infrastructure upgrade has reached practical completion!
Established in the 1800s, this heritage-listed building was redeveloped as a brand outlet store that houses over 120 stores of both Australian and international brands across fashion, accessories, homewares, and more.
Star Group was engaged by Mirvac for the upgrade of electrical services to modernise the existing infrastructure. The works involved consisted of completing a fully engineered design for construction, installing new main switchboards and new digital power metering on new and existing services, upgrading new fire-rated supplies to distribution boards, replacing an existing tenant distribution board, and comprehensively maintaining existing main switchboards and multiple distribution boards, which included WHS improvement measures.
